doesn't start

I have a 2007 rxp seadoo and when i put the key on i get a pause then one long beep.There is no power to the starter but the dash works fine as well. I have tried both keys and both do the same thing. It was working only a few days ago. Is it the MPEM. I have read some forums and have seen that only the older models are getting this problem?

one long beep may be the wrong key or the dess post could be bad.
