I have a 2005 GTX 4-Tec.... I'm still new to this and learning this machine... It seems to idle too fast... Without even touching the throttle I'm going fast enough to make a small wake in my marina's NO-WAKE zone... It's idling at 1,800 RPM... This seems fast too me ... Is it ?? Can the idle speed be adjusted, or is this strictly computer controlled ??
Thanks for any input...

1800 is right where it is supposed to be. No, it can't be adjusted, and don't try. The ECU controls idle speed.

Normal, hold the reverse lever partly towards neutral, it's a pain but it will let you adjust your no-wake speed to where it's needed.
