Challenger 180 Reverse Gate Positions

Does anyone have their Challenger 180 out that would be able to take a picture of the reverse gate positions in Forward, Neutral, and Reverse? Mine seems to push forward in neutral a good amount and does not reverse, but just slows down as neutral would rather.

That helps a lot. Thank you. I think I have some adjusting to do, but I also believe my trim tabs are causing some issues too.
