Can't get anything but an idle

Does anybody know have any ideas why I can't throttle up without the egine dieing on me. I have a 1998 seadoo GTX RFI

Fuel filter all crapped up, its on the bottom of the fuel pump in tank.

On a 96 gtx is there another fuel filter in the tank as well or just the one outside
