Rode my 2008 GTI SE 130 this morning, mostly very slow with grand son. When I brought it back to the lift, turned it off, and a "buzzing" sound continued, even with the switch out. I put switch back on to see if I could crank it and turn off again....no luck.
I put it on the lift quickly, removed the red battery cable and the sound stopped. I let it sit for awhile, replaced the battery cable, cranked it, and turned it off with no problem. The sound was like something got stuck and did not disengage with the power off.
Any ideas?
