My 1999 SPX starts, then when you engage full throttle, it is as if it is cavitating and it seems to pulsate. Is one carb fouled? Ignition issue? Ran great one weekend, other than sluggish on start, but went up to top end. Now, it doesn't get to top end. Changed and regapped plugs, no effect.

Take a look in the jet pump for any debris like a stick or weeds in the pump first off.
