99 GTX Info gauge not working

I sold someone an info gauge I had from a 99 GTX part out. When he received it, he said it does not work. Before I pulled it, everything seemed to work fine. I plan to have him send it back to me and I'll refund what he paid. I pulled it last year and I've had it in storage since then.

My question is, can I test it now that I no longer have the ski and mpem?

You can look at the wiring diagram and figure out power ground and signal.

I can do that. Any idea what will show up if I hook power to it since nothing else is hooked up?

Should indicate low fuel at first and the go to the normal screen.
