98 GSX limited flood central

Ok....1st front carb was getting NO fuel, rebuilt the pump and the front carb ( the rear ran fine).
Now it pours fuel in the cylinder...what the hell !!
I did read a thread it could be i used after market diaphram....I have a good stock one i can put in it.
My question is.....what else to look for ?? Carbs are on my kitchen table waiting for answers.
This carb is beating me up !!

Needle & seat worn or stuck open?

if you put an aftermarket diaphragm in it... it may be pushing the N/S open.

Replaced the aftermarket diaphram with a stock red dot and problem solved !!
Tomorrow I hit the water for a tune..finally !!
