will not run wide open dose good half and taking off when reaches half speed it go and stop go stop take it back to half ok it is smoth dose not act like a miss can any one help

First read your spark plugs. Then check spark. Also, make sure your fuel filter isn't clogged up at all.

Let us know how your spark plugs read.

plugs look good some one was telling me of rev limiter could be bad

Yes that is very possible, but I'd check spark first and then move on to that.

Oil Injection

I See You Are Not A Fan Of Oil Injection What Mix Should Be Run In A 97 Xp And How Do You Block Off Oil Injection Or Can You Just Stop Adding Oil To Tank

You can search google for an oil block off plate; many resellers have these. I have just seen and heard too many failures of that system.

50:1 is reccommended; 40:1 is also common.
