97 Speedster: Seat Repairs

Hi ya. Looking at a 97 Speedster to purchase, but it has some seat issues -- 3 of 4 forward facing seats bottoms have some severe cracked seat cushions. The other seats look like they just need a cleaning.

So, how easy is it to swap out seat bottoms or are they integrated bench units? Is it best to get factory replacement, or seach for someone to do the replacement? If not factory, what would i need to watch for?

undo the 4-bolts that hold it in boat (=above the tank) and take to upholstery shop. they'll know what to do from there. If still wrapped, but bad shape, foam still good, so, just needs new marine Upholstery.
