97 gtx no beeps or spark

Hey guys
the GTX turns over fine and strong, just no spark.
Gauges work fine, and put lanyard on and no beeps....

is this the security system (DESS) kicking in or something else?

in the driveway it started/ran fine, towed to lake and now this.

Check all the protection fuses.

All the ones in mmpe are fine and black box near the battery are fine

The engine turns over without a spark...battery has power...gauges have power...starter has power....the solenoid for the starter in the mmpe clicks....so I assume the mmpe box has power

Sinc you have an 800 engine... your problem is:

1) The pick-up coil broke from it's mount. (Common issue)

OR

2) The ground to the rear electrical box is bad.
