97 GSX gauges

I just finished a top end rebuilt, dropped it in the water this past weekend and the ski ran great. I didn't get a chance to look into the gauges but, the digital gauge lights up and the rpm's reads but nothing else. (I can mode through all the options...they are all lit up.) Also the mph on the right isn't working?

Any quick tips?
