96 spx thru hull fitting?

small fitting approximately 1/4" on the starboard side just below the rub rail and just forward of handlebars. what does this get connected too? this is a 717 unit if it matters. Anybody have a clean upper pipe for this machine as well?

I think what you are talking about is the gas vent.
