96 seadoo xp bogging surging HELP!!

at full speed bogs in and out of full throttle new fuel lines and cleaned filter above tank no difference had carbs rebuilt last year,

A couple of things you could check, the fuel selector valve, clean or replace, take the valve apart, there is a rubber washer that deteriorates I had to replace mine. Also if you had the carbs. rebuilt before you replaced the fuel lines clean the carb. filters.
