95' GTX SeaDoo Carb Problem?

This 95' GTX had ben setting in water up to the top of carbs for 2 years. I mean it was parked & put in the barn with the boat full of water. Not the engine. The carbs were growing things. I wanted to know if the ski would even run before I spent $$ on it. I couldn't find a place on the net that carried the Mikuni bn38I. If you seen these carbs you would laugh. The eng. wasn't stuck, so after given up on trying to buy carbs I took these apart cleaned & installed. Cranked right up idled nice. I set the carbs just like they were before. I did my best at the pop psi's and was very careful to clean it right,et. I am running direct off of a gas can w/premix for now. My problem is when I WOP throttle it will pop back in the carbs both of them. 1st half of throtlle is great! At idle I hear it miss every now & then. Any help would be thankfull.
