i have a 95 gtx that i just replaced mpem in. after i replaced the mpem i pushed the kill switch and nothing. no beeps at all. while holding it i just taped the start button and it had compression but i cant try to crank bc i need to replace the oil. so what could the no beeps mean? mpem hooked up wrong? bad beeper? i have no idea

do any lights on the guages come on...as far as changing the oil you have me a little confusd as to what oil you are chjanging......

i didnt look at the gauges but im replaceing the motor oil but im waiting on the oil filter to come n the mail so i cant crank it yet

Is there a reason you are draining and replacing the oil? There is no engine crankcase oil per say. It is just the oil that is mixed with the fuel. The inline filter just filters that oil from the tank before mixing with the fuel.

the guy i bought it from hadnt ran the seadoo for about 2 years so im replacing the oil. it is the oil that mixes with the gas sorry i couldnt clear that up.

and as for the gauges i just went out checked and yes they lit up. the baterry gas and oil light came on and thats correct bc my baterry is almost dead and the gas and oil has been drained

there's your issue..either your battery is so dead it wont run the beeper or your beeper is bad...oh and FYI you can crank it for a sec just to check things like this... and im thinking you are changing the oil in the oil tank correct??? now i understand
