94 spx

Ok I have changed my fuel lines, cleaned the filters (and had the engine removed to get it tightened down), on my 94 SPX. Still getting some bogging coming out of hard turns/spins. Also left is worse than right. Plugs look good. Starts great and accelerates great other than the initial bogging. My thoughts are bad fuel or carbs need some work. Any suggestions? Am I expecting too much from a carburated engine?

On the plus side even though it is not the fastest I have ridden, it is way more fun than some of the larger newer skis. In fact at my age it is more fun than my stand up was.

Thanks,

SUG

If you have not done so, I would definitely recommend cleaning/rebuilding the carbs.

Check your 657 engine carbs pop-off. adjust lower if nessessary to get more gas in the fuel regulatory bowl.
