I got the skis in the water today to check my xp (which is working now)

I was playin with the 94 gts and put it in reverse for a little while and noticed a solid beep coming from the buzzer. Does having it in reverse affect engine cooling? First time with a machine that has reverse...

Otherwise, I guess I'll have to pull the hoses and check for obstructions...

Also...I have water flowing through the rear pee hole, but I didn't notice if it was flowing while in reverse.

NO. The reverse is simply a bucket over rear nozzel that re-directs the thrust under the ski, or downward for "neutral". Replace the temp sensor, most likely its bad if its peeing ect.

I realized that after I posted :)

All the lines are clear, and I grounded the wire out and the beep is way louder. Looks like the sensor is faulty, and grounding out just enough to make the buzzer sound a little bit. It's beeping after sitting for hours and just tapping the start button. I blew the lines out with some compressed air and didn't get any debris...so I'll run it as is until I find a new sensor.

Well...I took the sensor out today and dunked it in a pot of boiling water. It grounded as it should, but after 10 minutes in a cup of ice water it was still closed. It Took a while before the connection broke.

Trying to find a new sensor for it now.
