93 GTX Cylinder Question

Last night I took both cylinders out of my 93 GTX while in the process to removing the engine to get access to the cranshaft.

This morning I noticed that the grand kids, out of curiosity picked them up and moved them around so now I don't know which is the PTO or MAG jug. I know I should have marked them immediately after I removed them, however, . . . . .

Ok, how serious of a problem do I have?

Should I take them to a shop and have them measure the pistons and cylinders to try to make a match, or simply look for tell tale signs like in this case, the excessive white crapola that build up on one jug and excessive white crapola on one port of the exhaust manifold?

I thought this engine tear down would be ez!

I would try to measure them... but it may be inconclusive. If they show to be the same, I would just put new rings on them.
