90 Sea-Doo Bombardier SP 580 Cutting out / Stuttering Problem ???

I have a 1990 Sea-Doo Bombardier SP 580 that runs good at idle, but as soon as I give it any more than 1/4 throttle, its starts to cut-out / stutter. It kind of sounds like what it does when it is revved up to the rev limiter.
I have put on a new fuel filter, fuel line, fuel pump, carburetor, and spark plugs.
Anyone have any ideas on what this might be? I am getting kind of tired of replacing parts... Thank you!!

wrong plugs or bad rectifier is my guess.

are you letting the ski warm up before you go all out on it? let the ski warm up then give it full throttle. the hesitating should gradually go away, if it doesnt pull out the choke a little bit and it should go away-if its fuel related.
