787 RFI Can I GO Premix

Have a 1999 GTX 787 RFI Just wondering if i can go premix with this being RFI, This will be the second rebuild, from none oiling problem.

How would the bottom end get enough oil if you premix? Injectors do their thing in the combustion chamber. Would the premix fuel find its way into the crankcase to lube the bearings?

no, you cannot premix an injected ski.

What's happening causing the failures?

1st was brittle/bad oil lines coming from oil pump.
2nd that plastic oil pump shaft.

I know there’s an updated plastic drive but the RFI’s might already have it.

I think the shop put the old one back in

Man I think you got r did now. Stay with the oil system. Thanks for posting, I'm gonna buy new plastic pump shafts from now on. Yikes !!! Sorry to hear about your failures.... that's messed up.
