so yesterday the old 787 blew up fried the pro piston so i ordered a new weisco piston kit and i have a r@d high compression head to put on because it destroyed the old head well got it all back together put it all in i go to start it and it seems like the starter just don't wana turn the motor over i got it to start finally but shut it right off just because its a new motor well my question is is the starter bad and what is the correct jet sizes for a factory spec 1 pipe and what jets should i be running with my new set up (factory spec 1 , R@D high comp head, weisco piston kit) please and thank you

When you put the new head on... did you check the squash band? It's a critical measurement... and on a high compression head... it's even more important to verify that it's set right. Regardless... and 800 engine is marginal with cranking power. Even with a good starter, and battery. My "Stock" engine will almost stop on the first revolution... and once it pop's over... it spins fine.

As far as the jetting... contact Factor pipe. They do a lot of R&D, and they have the jetting for that pipe. Actually... if you go to their web site... you can download the install manual, and it will list the jetting.

lots of sources, probably 150 vendors. google is your friend.

i've used watcon. com , jet-world. net (order by phone !) and try to combine shipping with other misc parts.
of course there's http://seadoowarehouse.com/
i like jetworld but you have to watch them on two things, one their posted prices are always wrong and two they tend to be on the slow side of shipping, but they sell a lot of cheap misc stuff like bearings, clamps, plastic t's, misc carb parts, etc, but i'll use others when i'm in a hurry.

i've tried the local motorsport shop route once or twice and they never seemed to have the goofy sizes I was requesting so I gave up on that adventure.
