787 Engine Trouble apart with (PICS)

Very small Rave piece broke off and went into the engine...
Is the top plate fixable?

Any place good to buy new parts?
Need Rave, Piston, cylinder head, gaskets, etc

As bad as the head and piston are there is a very, very good chance that debris is also in your crank bearings and will fail catastrophically with a new top end.

If you had this problem what would you do?

Get a fresh rebuilt crank, full gasket set with OEM seals, rebuild the balancer with new OEM bearings, bore cylinders to next size to clean up andy damage, new oversized pistons and a new used head.

If you don't want to do the work and want a warranty just buy an engine from SBT.
