I have an issue with my 97 seadoo speedster.

The issue is with one of my 717's. Its having issues starting..and when it starts, the rpms are maxing out at about 3.5k to 4k on full throttle. Why?

I also want to add. I'm planning on upgrading the fuel lines. Anyone know how many feel there is in all? Trying to find out if I need a 25', 50' or 100' roll.

If the 3500 rpm thing was on both engines... I would say the nutral switch. But since it's just one, and goes back and forth... it seems fuel related.

So, please look at this....

Even the Pro's screw up once in a while.

The easy way to check is to swap the carbs. If the problem moves... it's the carbs. If it stays with that engine... then it has to be electrical.
