2018 Sea Doo RXT X 300 - Key in ignition but ignition does not turn on

So I have a 2018 Sea Doo RXT X 300 and im having troubles with the ignition and the cluster. I put in the key into the ignition and the ignition does not turn on. The ignition will light up normally when I hit the start button once. Then I can go ahead and hold the start button to crank it. If I don't hold the start button and turn it on, the ignition will cut out and turn off within 10 seconds. Has anybody ever had this problem? Ive tested the battery and it seems to be good, the battery came with the PWC so im not sure if its time to replace it. Thanks

Check Fuses?
Starter frozen?
Loose power/ground?
