My 2017 Spark sits on a lift. In the evening yesterday, I walked out on the dock and the bilge was running. It wasn't running earlier that day and it hasn't been used. The bilge just started running sometime in the late afternoon.
After an hour or so, it was still running so I pulled the 3A fuse.
There is no water in it.
Two questions:
Why this would just start running and not shut off?
What do I check to fix this? I don't think they have a float
