I have a 2008 RXT 215 with 105 hours on the motor. It is using about 1/2 quart of oil around every 4-hours. there is oil in the bottom of the hull so I believe it is leaking from the motor somewhere. just looking from the topside and I don't see any definitive area as to where it might be leaking out. Can anyone tell me where the common spots are where these motors leak oil?

You will have to do a bit more than looking from the topside to find your external leak.
Drive shaft, oil cooler, oil sensor, etc... no rocket science involved to find it.

My opinion, most common oil leak is rear driveshaft seal, ......................
And its easy to check - just lift the flap over the carbon ring and if there is a line of oil underneath the rubber flap - its leaking down into the hull. I just had this issue and it was not to bad of a repair job. The dealer wanted around $500 but I decided to do it myself.
