2008 215RXP melted wires ?

Hello. Took the skis out today for about an hour. Slow riding less than 50mph. Came back to rinse and flush and cranked but no start. Loud single beep while starting. In picture there is melted wires at the one harness and almost looks like coolant puked from somewhere. No beeps or screen codes while riding. Any idea what this harness goes to? It’s on right rear corner of engine. Thanks.

Stator 3 yellow wires. Very common to have those wires and connector melt. Simple to replace the connector and can get the kit to fix on ebay or amazon.

Finally back to this project. Does it matter where the 3 wires go in the plug? I noticed they are labeled 1, 2 and 3 on the other end in the big grey plug Was going to just match my ‘07 Rxp but it’s different

3 phase stator so I read that it doesn’t matter

Doesn't matter, all the same 3 way coil winding circuit.
