2007 Seadoo Speedster wake Twin 4-tec 215's, one engine starts and dies immediately

So I just bought this Seadoo speedster 200 wake edition with twin 4 tec 215's yesterday. Put new gas in it today. Plug in DESS and get the 2 beeps, start the right motor with no problems, idles fine, push to start left engine and engine fires up and dies within 1 to 2 seconds and I do get long beep and check engine light on gauge for that motor. It will start over and over as many times as I push button. I Did notice the oil level in that engine is way overfilled and hoping this is whats causing it to shut down, but figured id ask if anyone has experienced the same thing.
