Hi all,
New to me SeaDoo Islandia owner here. bought the boat a few months ago, and it was completely full of gas when i got it. Have had several boat days and took a good long while to run it down to a 1/4 tank.
Took it today to fill it up with ethanol free. The pump says i ended up putting 46G in it, and the gauge now reads just a hair over 3/4. (The pump basically cut me off at $150)
Trying to get an idea from any previous/current owners if this seems right on the way the gauges read so i know better how much is really left at a 1/4 tank reading. Owners Manual says it's a 51G tank, so it seems odd to me that adding 46G to a quarter tank only took me to 3/4. (Maybe it takes the gas tank float some time to read back to the gauge as full-er after a fill ????)
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks !!!!!
