2005 SeaDoo GTX Changing Spark plugs

My SeaDoo need new spark plugs I ahve purchased the NGK replacement plugs with teh same exact model# but the plugs are thicker on the top, thus this keeps them from sliding completely into the black hose connector. I am not sure of the tip of the new ones screw off and don't want to damage it in case it needs to be returned.

If its the small silver tip that is the problem then it will unscrew.
then there will be a thread about 3mm diameter

:agree: with ski dream. Some engines run their plugs with that little cap removed from the plug. If your old plugs have threads on them at the top, then you need to unscrew it like Ski Dream stated............:cheers:
