2004 4tec Water In Cylinders

Son connected water hose to start while on trailer. turned water on prior to starting Sea Doo. Caused water to go into engine. I have pulled plugs out and turned engine over to get water out. Want to change the oil & filter. How do you get to the drain plug and filter??Is there a repair manual available???? Do I need to pull heads off and clean cylinders out???

drain oil through dip stick hole with a oil vacum pump and replace filters i thing there are 2 repeat the proceses and get it fired up to dispel all the water then check oil again
