2003 Seadoo sportster le water regulator

Hi all. New member here> a lot of great info on this site but I cant find the answer to my problem. I was cleaning my RAVE valves with a buddy and while I was off polishing the valves he screwed around with the water regulator cap> he has no idea where it was and all my shop manuals show how to take it apart and put back together not where the adjustment would be. it is about halfway down from flush is this normal for the boat? thanks

normally flush is right on the regulator.

Flush for regulator, All the way in for RAVE valves.
