2003 seadoo 3d help

Hey I just picked up a 2003 seadoo 3d with the 787 engine. I am new to the world of water crafts. But always did all of my own work on my atvs and vehicles. The seadoo 3d I recently purchased started with on click of a button and idles perfectly. But it has the caution light flash. And when I get it out in the water it has barely any power and after releasing the throttle when you go to give it throttle again it just has nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately that has the fuel injected engine so the only way you can check the trouble codes is with a Candoo Pro or take it to a dealer .
