i have a 2004 seadoo gti le that starts fine, gets up to moderate speed and then shuts down completely.
no fuel gauge reading, no temperature reading, no electric period. i do not get any chirps from the buzzer. the start button is dead. however when i disconnect the lanyard and plug it in again, i get 2 chirps , press the start button and the engine comes to life. i read in someones blog that they had experienced a similar problem and had corrected it by replacing the safety switch. i went a step further and replaced the entire harness. i'm out $480 and no closer to the solution. can anyone advise a possible fix to this problem ?
