2002xp 951 c/b shaft oil level

changed oil in my 2002 seadoo xp 951 it wasnt too bad
now i'm refilling it i don't know the proper level because its impossible to see and the endoscope is shit
i cant see nothing but the hole lol
if i overfill it do you guys think it can cause damage ?

I have always just put in the volume the manual calls for. Never used a specific "level".

i put in 80% and it started spilling now how do u tell the proper level from that

Then you didn't get all the old oil out. There is no oil level. Remove 40 ML and install 40 ML of SAE 30 motor oil.

Synthetic BRP jet pump oil is what the newest 2007 manuals call for now which was last year of the 2 stroke.

Maybe it's a secret ploy to grenade all 2-stroke engines, resulting in more new ski sales...
