2002 xp will not turn left

Hey guys. So I have a 2002 xp and for some odd reason turning to the left is damn near impossible at any speed besides idle? The jet nozzle and all the turning hook-ups work fine, fins on the sides are there ect, turning to the right is the same before also. Anyone have any ideas?

That's a tough one, the only thing I could think of is maybe the vanes in the pump are messed up. You'll need to remove the steering nozzle to see.
