2001 GTX restricted rpms

Ok I know its not the Rave valves cleaned them really really good. When ridding it tops out at 6270-6340 RPM giving about 55MPH tops thats pushing it normally between 50-55. So I went and rode my other one its the blue one fuel injected and it reaches 63 mph and rpms range of 6930-7000. Water regulator issue? if so how do you remove it to tear it down. Any other ideas?

RPM issues

I have the same problem. I am thinking that my rave valve selinoid my be broken or I an not geting proprt vacum. Don't really know how to check this but I cleaned the valves, and the ski tops out at just over 50mph. Last year I would get 63mph on my 2000 GTX.
