2001 GTX 951 Direct Injection

Acquired this ski cheap it's my first owner said last time out it started running rough what should I look for also I've read allot of bad about this motor can it be swapped easily with a more reliable motor thanks in advance for any input God bless

Any maintenance lights on?
Check compression and fuel pressure.

Not worth swapping engines, the only one that would swap is a carbed 951 but honestly not worth the trouble. Just buy something else that actually runs instead of the trouble doing a swap.
