2000 sea doo bombadier troubleshooting

I have a 2000 sea doo bombadier. We stored it last year and had already winterized it. My problem is that I had a dead battery. I replaced it with a brand new battery. Once the battery was installed the lights to the dash came on and the key beeped. That is where it ended. I checked the fuses and nothing. The sea doo will not even attempt to turn! Please, please any suggestions or help in troubleshooting would be appreciated greatly!!!!

does engine turn by hand if you remove pto cover and spin pto? does it give t2 beeps when key installed?
