Hello all Have had a 2000 rxdi for about 4 yrs now.When I start it for a day it all power and speed , after about 1 goodhour it seems like the fuel is being limited to the engine. it will rev to about 5k and no higher But if i shut it down and restart it will again go to 71K or so for about 20 minutes and again it falters.
Installed a new fuel pump about 2 yrs go at about 200 hrs now im up to 225 hrs and cant pinpoint issue. other than it sems to be fuel related. also pulled the pump out of the tank to check it and see it all clean and everything is normal. while i was there i installed a new fuel filter too.
Any thoughts fuel pressure is over 100 psi when started also.
