-Whats up guys? Bought a 2000' Polaris SLX recently. Runs great, great compression on all 3 cylinders. Previous own rebuilt it. Wanted to find out what these parts are worth. He said he had an aftermarket intake grate, and ride plate put on it. Possibly impeller/pump items as well.

-What do I have? Idea of what they are worth?

-Thanks,
Rob

The ride plate looks stock. The intake grate is def aftermarket. Ive seen them go anywhere from 60-100$ just depends on the day depends on the buyer. Pull the pump off and see what condition thats in. If its all in good shape and the wear ring is tight, its worth around 300$. The wear ring is a solid piece of stainless so when the ring needs replaced the impellar usually does too so its an easy package sell. Be warned when you go to take the four pump bolts off, soak them in pb blaster for days before trying to torque them off. Each bolt is about a foot long so theyre very very easy to snap. If youre going to junk the hull then its no big deal though. As long as the motor has at least 130 compression in each hole thats probably worth at least 400-500 if you can find a buyer. And the cdi is a quick and easy 300 on ebay pretty much any day of the week. If youre hood is in good shape 150$ easy. If your seat IS NOT cracked by the rear latch thats worth good money too. And the display is worth a pretty penny if its clear and fully functional. If the trim motor works thats another 50-80$. It sucks these things actualy are woth cash parted out because people keep cannibalizing them. Just look up martos motor sports sometimes. All of us polaris guys hate them.
