2000 Islandia center storage won't drain

I can't seem to understand why my center storage ski locker compartment won't drain, there is a hole and its clear but I don't know where it goes.

It doesn't get any lower when on plane either.

Any help is appreciated.

It just drains back into the bilge. BUT... the ski locker has a false floor in these boats. AND, anything where the skis are should drain below that floor. It may have been ripped out by a previous owner. If it's not draining... just drill a hole in it, and it will drain.

Thanks Dr. There is a big hole in the back and looks like it goes toward the engine bay. I dont think there is any mods at all to this boat. Has a blue carpet in the locker.

So drill down, or to the back?

Fyi, new plugs and runs like a champ. 38 to 40 on GPS at 6k even.

There is a drain under the carpet on mine. It was plugged with debris. Cleaned it out and it drained fine. It is center aft.

This is a pic of my center storage, it usually holds 3 in of water or more. There is a large drain hole to the back but not going down through the bottom and I see no hole there.
