2000 GTX Starting Trouble

After leaving my 2000 GTX for a few days it is very hard to start. It needs lots of choke or fuel dwn the cylinders to start. Any suggestions on what I should look at? Once it starts it runs fine.

check fuel lines and filters. most seadoos always need a lot of choke to start
