2000 GTX dash problem

Hi there guy's, just purchased a 2000 GTX about 3 weeks ago and the dash isn't working. The speedo move's to life when you go to start the ski, but the lcd isn't working at all.
When your out on the water and moving along nothing on the dash is working, speed or lcd. Other than this problem the ski run's fine.
The guy i purchased the ski from had no idea about why it wasn't working, well no idea about anything really bit of an air head
So if anybody had an idea or knows how to fix this it would be awesome

Fuses

With the whole thing not working, I would suspect it's got to a fuse that has blown. Check all the fuses and see what ya got.

Have just replaced and checked all the fuses and all seem to be working fine, but still it's not working. The lcd screen looks like it has a small burn mark on it as well. Maybe it's stuffed, would this be the reason for them both not to be working and if so how much would it be to fix the problem?

You might want to go ahead and start thinking about replacing yor gauge. The part number is 278001540 and is quite pricey. About $560 or so.
