1999 GTX LTD Bogs Down

Hello, i have a 1999 Seadoo GTX LTD 951. I recently just rebuilt the engine and carbs. The only diaphragm that wasn't replaced was the accelerator pump diaphragm. The engine fires right up and idles good. it is a little hesitant when you dump the throttle to it then picks right up, but when i put it in the water i start it up and it gets right up out of the water and runs good for about 20 seconds then starts to bog down. If i shut it down and let it sit for a minute or two, it will fire right up and rap up to about 5000 rpm then bog down again. Each time i do this it gains a few more RPM. I have checked all the fuel filters and it has new NGK plugs. I added a little bit of oil to the fuel as the manual said to do for the first tank while breaking it in. I thought maybe that was the problem but im highly doubting it. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, Kyle!

why not replace accel pump diaphram? sounds fuel related so Id start with that

I figured out what the problem was. The jetting needed reset. Now it runs like a top. Thanks

why as jetting changed?
