1999 gtx limited missing at idle clears up at mid trottle

My 1999 gtx limited has a hard miss at idle if choke is applied cyclender will fire. Changed both plugs trimmed wires with no change.Misfire will clear up under trottle runns fine at mid to full trottle. Possible carb issue. Already changed all fuel line and filters had carbs cleaned two seasons ago maybe something stuck in low speed jet. Please help. Thanks

could be old fuel issue, theres also filters inside the carbs. what is compression?
