1997 spx seadoo

my seadoo runs good for about 10 minutes then runs rough chugs and fouls out the back spark plug fuel filter is fine.could it be the carbs? runs half way decent half throttle,but when you open it up chugs and runs rough. any suggestions?

What are your spark plugs telling you? Have you pulled them yet and read this?

I tend to blame the fuel filters first, but since you checked that the next item very may well be the carb needing to be tuned, cleaned, or just plain rebuilt.

Pull the plugs and see what they tell you before you do anything else.

I checked the spark plugs again and they are fine as i just changed them before we used it . less then 1 hour on new plugs. the fuel filter was just cleaned also. does the machine have any other fuel filters? I cleaned the one above the gas tank, but it still ran rough

Well you need to also rule out weak spark and fuel mixtures. If it runs fine at WOT for the first 10 minutes, the engine may be over heating due to a lean mixture.
