1997.5 GSX Limited Bogging Out

Hi all this is my first post and i could really use some help here! Ive got a 97.5 gsxl (yea i know) lol and i just put a freshly rebuilt 951 in last week..i replaced all of the grey fuel lines, bypassed the fuel selector switch, fresh plugs ect. and when i go out im not getting full power...ill get spurts of energy out of her here and there byt im having trouble even getting her to plane off.... every so often shell open up and run good but then shell bog down and wont run WOT... Please any ideas????? Thanks in advance!

You could do a quick clean of the carbs filters, but when ya open them up if the diaphams are sticky, get a set of OEM carb kits, needles & seats, and a pop-off tester. She'll run like new. Seadoos new a clean fuel system to run properly! Bills86e

Carbs were cleaned. No parts were replaced because everything looked good! Should i put the kits in?
