Hi, this is my first post. I'm looking for some advice.
I bought the sled and was mislead by the PO saying it was running great last summer.

I don't think that was possible with the damage in there, since the cylinder, piston, and head on the mag side is toast.

What would cause a melt down like that ? Just lean or overheating? Its the crown that has disintegrated around the rim.

Could I just replace the one cylinder and piston and clean up the head or should I replace all 3 ?

Should I do both sides at the same time ?

thanks
